STEPHEN Lee has had his appeal 12-year ban for alleged match fixing seven matches rejected.
The 39-year-old has also been ordered to pay an extra £30,000 in costs after his appeal was thrown out by Nicholas Stewart QC.
Lee, from Trowbridge, is now unable to compete in professional snooker until October 2024 and must pay £75,000 in costs.
The former world number five was found guilty of seven charges after a tribunal hearing in September 2013.
The World Professional Billiards and Snooker Association (WPBSA) said he was involved in "the worst case of snooker corruption that we've seen".
