COTSWOLD Flyball Club are celebrating a major coup as the Cyclones are crowned Champions of the BSH Flyball League for 2014 fighting off competition from more than 100 of the nations top Flyball teams from all over the South of England.
The league runs for a 12 month period from June to May and is based on aggregated results from 10 BFA Sanctioned Tournaments held across the Berkshire, Surrey and Hampshire area.
The Cotswold team outscored some of the biggest and best teams in UK Flyball, including three of the national top 10 to complete this amazing giant killing act.
The Cotswold club, only formed in 2011 has grown in size to have around 50 dogs in training and competing at tournaments in the South of England and the National Championships.
The club was founded with two teams but just three years later is now sending upto seven teams to tournaments on a regular basis.
Club captain Pauline Caddick said: “This is not just an award for one team but the whole club, everyone works so hard and shows amazing commitment to make the club a success and achieve such excellent results every week.”
