A MAN who is accused of trespass with intent to commit a sex act is to face trial.

Andrew Dowse, of High Street, Royal Wootton Bassett, pleaded not guilty to the allegation at appeared at Swindon Crown Court.

And the 31-year-old also denied sexually assaulting a male in Royal Wootton Bassett on the same day.

Judge Douglas Field adjourned the case to Monday October 13 and released him on bail.
