Volunteers are needed to help man stalls at the Worton Family Fun Day on July 26, which will raise money for our Give Us A Chance appeal.
Opportunity Centre manager Betty Newman said: “This is promising to be a fantastic fun filled day with lots to do and see but we do need some more volunteers and helpers who are willing to spare a bit of time.”
The day will include a dog show, veteran car display, fairground rides and a circus skills workshops.
Mum Anita Gidley, 40, pictured, of Massey Road, Devizes, will have her head shaved at the day to raise funds for the centre which helped her son Reece, nine, when he was a toddler.
Reece was born with Down’s Syndrome and suffered heart problems plus speech and mobility problems.
