Tickets for a ball at Grittleton House are on sale, with money going towards an operation to help three-year-old Ollie Baker, from Lyneham.
Ollie has spastic diplegia, a form of cerebral palsy, and needs more than £24,000 for an operation to help him walk. The operation is not available on the NHS but could be done privately at Frenchay Hospital.
Family and friends have nearly reached their target, but Ollie also needs money for physiotherapy sessions.
The ball, on Saturday, October 18 at 7pm, will be the last big fundraising event.
There will be a meal and live music, provided by The What 4s. Tickets are £45 with a £20 deposit payable at the time of booking.
To book call Carol Baker on 07769 973277. For more details search for the Step by Step Ball on Facebook.
