The Organ Inn, Warminster, has been named the 2014 Rural Pub of the Year by Bath & Borders CAMRA.
Landlords Daniel and Carly Keene won the award in recognition for turning a vacant shop on High Street into a thriving pub and asset to the community.
Mr Keene, 34, said: “It is great to be acknowledged for all the hard work we have put in.”
Mrs Keene, 29, said: “I would like to thank all our staff and customers for the support they’ve given us.”
The original Organ Inn closed in 1913 and was used as a shop until 2000. It remained closed for six years until the Keenes came along in 2006.
Dennis Rahilly, social secretary for Bath and Borders CAMRA, said: “The pub feels warm and welcoming and sells an excellent range of ales and ciders.”
The pub has featured in every CAMRA Good Beer Guide since 2008.
