A 22-year-old man was viciously attacked at the Royal Oak in Pewsey late on Saturday.
Police were called to the pub, where a man from Pewsey had been struck in the face with a glass.
A 28-year-old man has been charged with causing grievous bodily harm with intent and has been remanded in custody.
An ambulance crew arrived at just after midnight and treated the 22-year-old for cuts to the head and neck.
He was taken to Great Western Hospital, Swindon, and has since been discharged.
