A judge has issued a warrant for the arrest of a Chippenham man who is accused of possessing heroin and crack cocaine with intent to supply.
Joshua Davis, 29, was due to appear at Swindon Crown Court on Friday to enter his pleas to the charges, including having cannabis for his own use.
Davis, of Long Close, Chippenham, failed to turn up for the hearing and Judge Tim Mousley QC issued a warrant without bail for his arrest.
Davis, who is said to have had the three drugs on Saturday, April 27, last year, had been on bail observe a night time curfew and live at his home address.
