All this match fixing stuff is important but hardly relevant to the matter in hand i.e. who owns the club ????
This is just smoke and mirrors and distraction tactics designed to drag out the case and prevent the judge for making a decision.
Who owns Swindon ??
They've broken for lunch. Afternoon session will begin at 2pm.
The judge has confirmed he will deliver a short judgement this afternoon, with full judgement to follow next week.

This situation is so confusing.. I do hope these match fixing allegations are not true, I would be disgusted! I thought it was bad having a boy band member own your club (Doncaster) but following this I would rather have a boy band singer in charge instead of all this! I hope this gets sorted today and we can kick on and prepare for the up coming season!!

Swindon Town are in right mess at boardroom level. Match fixing, stealing money, allegations being made at the court case. what is going on??????? why can't we have owners who put there heart and soul into the club instead of these allegations being made

£2 million into a club which now he might not even own? if this is a gentlemans agreement between himself and mccrory,very,very naive on powers part, trusting a man who has put zero in and took £s out! one almighty mess.

Power states that Jed McCrory made allegationss of match fixing after leaving the club.
Lee Power says he has put around £2million pound into the club to keep it afloat, adding "the club would have fallen over" without that investment.
