JASON Voong appeared at Chippenham Magistrates' Court this morning to face a charge of murder and attempted murder.
Voong, 27, from Swindon, is accused of murdering Aulton Thomas Rogers, 60, on June 26, 2014 and attempting to murder Leanne Thomas, 24, on May 8, 2014.
Due to the seriousness of the offences the case has been referred to Bristol Crown Court for trial.
Voong will make his first appearance at the court tomorrow.
