Certificates were awarded to learners who had completed a 12-week Prince’s Trust Team course in Trowbridge at a presentation at Trowbridge Civic Centre last Wednesday.

The Prince’s Trust Team programme, supported by The Learning Curve, is for 16-25 year olds currently not in education, employment or training. It aims to build confidence and improve skills in communication and problem solving.

Of the seven who completed the course, five have either found jobs or are doing further training, while the other two have interviews. Three others who did not complete the course, left due to securing employment.

Craig Enderby, team leader for the Prince’s Trust, said: “I spoke about the progress each learner had made, before they gave their own speeches. Mayor Glyn Bridges awarded certificates.”

The next course in Trowbridge starts on September 22. For details, email team@learningcurve. org.uk or call Craig Enderby on 07702 848249.
