A man accused of rape and sexual assault over a two-year period has been released on bail by a judge.
Marin Fisher, 50, is said to have committed the alleged offences in Westbury between the August 2004 and August 2006.
No charges were put to Fisher, of Fareham, Hampshire, and he did not enter any pleas during the brief hearing a Swindon Crown on Friday.
Fisher is accused of seven counts of sexual assault over the two-year period and one of rape in May 2006.
Recorder Nicholas Atkinson QC adjourned the case to Friday, December 5, and released Fisher on conditional bail until then.
