A ‘QUESTION Time’ event where carers can discuss their rights is taking place tomorrow at Devizes Town Hall as part of national Carers Rights Day.

It runs from 10.30am-1pm and will give people the opportunity to raise questions to an expert panel about new rights for carers in England that will be coming into effect next April.

The panel will include David Noyes, director of planning, performance and corporate services at NHS Wiltshire Clinical Commissioning Group; a senior representative from Wiltshire Council; Fergus Arkley, south west development manager at Carers Trust; and Emma Cooper, Healthwatch Wiltshire CEO.

Places are limited but the event is free for people who are caring for a relative or friend and refreshments will be provided.

To book, visit bit.ly/carersqt2014 or call 01380 871690.

To submit a question to the panel, email Julie Jackson on juliej@carersinwiltshire.co.uk
