A WEEK after they clinched the Third Division title with a 4-1 victory away at FC Box Steam Brewery, Craig Campbell’s Potterne signed off their league campaign with an emphatic 13-0 triumph at home to FC Trowbridge.

And with an appearance against second division White Horse FC in the Knockout Cup final on the horizon, it could end up being a very good first season in the league for Campbell’s men.

Aaron Kyte, Pete Huntley, Darren Lewis, Carl Gale and Tom Lye shared the first half goals for the champions.

After the break, top scorer Neil Clark helped himself to a hat-trick that took his tally to 33 for the season.

A second of the game for Lye left him just one behind Clark on 32 before player-manager Craig Campbell joined in the fun with a three-timer and a second from Gale made it an unlucky 13 for the losing side who have managed three victories from 16 outings in their first season on the league.
