AN actress famed for burying her husband alive and a doctor from Casualty who had nifty footwork on Strictly Come Dancing were in Devizes on Saturday for a BBC antiques show.
Jo Joyner, who plays Tanya in EastEnders and famously buried husband Max in a shallow grave, and Sunetra Sarker, who partnered Strictly's Brendan Cole in last year's show, were at Henry Aldridge and Son in Bath Road.
They were joined by antiques experts James Braxton and Philip Serrell for the filming of Celebrity Antiques Road Trip.
Items they had bought were sold by auctioneer Alan Aldridge without him knowing who had bought what. Collectables coming under the hammer included a doll's house, a stuffed boar's head and a milk churn.
But even Aldridge staff were not allowed to know the final outcome of the show.
Chrissie Aldridge said: "It was all great fun but the BBC were a bit cagey about it all. We have not been told when it will be broadcast."
