A MAN who robbed and sexually assaulted a woman in the street has been released on bail by a judge.
Igor Abramik, 21, carried out the attack after taking the victim's mobile phone and cash during the incident in Trowbridge.
Abramik, of Methuen Avenue, Melksham, pleaded guilty to robbery and sexual assault when he appeared at Swindon Crown Court.
Abramik, who needed a Polish interpreter, carried out the attack on the 27-year-old woman as she walked along Bradford Road just before 11pm on Thursday, April 30, 2015.
Judge Peter Blair QC adjourned the case to Friday, March 11, so the probation service can compile a pre-sentence report and released Abramik on bail until then.
