A man who is to face trial on a charge of actual bodily harm has been released on bail by a judge.
Kevin Gaullier is said to have assaulted a man on Thursday June 9 last year.
The 28-year-old, of Union Street, Old Town, pleaded not guilty to the allegation when he appeared at Swindon Crown Court.
Judge Tim Mousley QC adjourned the case for a trial on Tuesday May 23 and released him on conditional basil until then.
