THE people of Swindon are determined to see their town retain the title of 'flasher capital of the UK' as yet another man exposes himself to innocent bystanders.

At around 3.30pm on Thursday, December 7, five girls were walking through the graveyard of Radnor Street Cemetery on their way home from school when they heard groaning noises coming from a nearby tree.

They turned around to see a semi-naked man indecently exposing himself. He was only wearing a t-shirt and black woolly hat.

The man is described as white and aged between 40 and 50-years-old.

PC Freya Skerten said: "Luckily, the girls were unhurt - although shaken.

"We'd like to speak to anyone who may have heard or seen anything suspicious in this area at this time.

"If you can help, please come forward."
