AFC NEWBURY clinched a brace of titles as Swindon Town's County Ground hosted the North Wilts Youth League's cup finals weekend.

Newbury lifted the U12 and U13 crowns on Sunday, with seven finals played across the two days.

Goals from Ben Waters, Miguel Zeferino and Jack Cooper secured the U12s prize for the Red team, as Fairford and Lechlade were beaten 3-0.

Jacob Bunch scored four times in the Colts White U13s' 8-1 triumph over Lydiard Youth, Ashley Howes, Finley Dove, Finley Hopkins and Kane French also on target.

Samuel Hughes replied for Lydiard.

Also on Sunday, Staverton Rangers lifted the U11 title with a 2-0 success over Stratton Juniors, Harry Cottrell and Bartek Grzywa the scorers.

On Saturday, Swindon Supermarine J completed a league and cup double as they defeated Highworth Town Juniors 3-0 in the U14 showpiece.

Owen Spavins netted twice for the victors, with Tadhg O'Callaghan also on target.

Royal Wootton Bassett Town Blue were the U15 winners, defeating Swindon Supermarine R 3-1 in their final.

Landon Golding, Ben Chin and Liam Davis netted for Bassett before Bilal Durdu registered for Marine.

League champions Lydiard Millicent Juniors lost out 2-1 to Cirencester Town in the U16 final, for whom Jamie White and Tom Ponting found the net.

Harvey Flippance netted for Lydiard.

The U18 crown went to Fairford & Lechlade Youth with a 4-1 success over FC Chippenham.

Lawrence Merrington, Aidan Can Der Heiden, Shaun Skinner and Charlie Bailey were all on target, Caine Bradbury with Chippenham's response.
