EAST 17 star Brian Harvey has been charged with speeding on the M4 at Chippenham.

The case against the 33-year-old, who hit headlines earlier this year after running himself over with his own car, was adjourned until the New Year at Chippenham Magistrates Court today as Harvey had just received the summons.

The star, from Walthamstow, North London, did not appear in court.

The case comes a day after the band, whose hits include Stay Another Day, announced they were back together.
