Westbury Town Council will co-opt three members onto the council at its annual meeting on Monday night.
There are three vacant seats following several resignations in April. Former chairman of the Laverton Trust Cllr Ian Taylor, who was elected in 2007, stepped down from his seat on Ham ward in the same week Cllr Jackie Reed resigned when her partner was relocated to Derbyshire, following the closure of the Westbury Cement Works.
A few weeks later former mayor of Westbury and West Wiltshire District councillor Horace Prickett resigned from his seat on the Laverton Ward to pursue volunteer work in India.
Fifteen candidates have put their names forward to be considered at The Laverton meeting.
