Thursday, November 5

Greenhills car boot field, Southwick:

Gates open at 5.30pm and the bonfire is lit at 6.30pm. Advance tickets are £10 for a family, or £12 on the gate, or £4 for a single ticket in advance, or £5 on the gate. Tickets are available from Scholars in Fore Street, Trowbridge.

Paxcroft Primary School, Trowbridge:

Gates open at 6pm and the bonfire is lit at 7pm. Adults pay £3 each and children get in for £2. No unaccompanied children allowed.

Bratton Recreation Ground, near Westbury:

Bratton fireworks display is celebrating its 40th anniversary with a torchlight procession leaving Bratton pavilion at 6.30pm. Tickets are £5 for adults and £3 for children under 16.

Neston Park Farm Shop, Atworth:

A special quieter family bonfire night will be taking place at the farm shop. The event is for children under the age of six years old, from 5.45pm until 7.30pm.

Melksham Town Football Club, The Conigre:

Organised by Aloeric Primary School and the football club. There will be a bar, hot food, children’s glow bands and treats. Visitors are being asked not to bring sparklers to the event and gates will open at 6.30pm. Tickets from Aloeric School, the Cobblers Bench, Libra Hair Studio, and Boomerang. Adult tickets cost £4, with school age children’s tickets £2, and pre school aged children free.

Friday, November 6

Land Warfare Centre in Imber Road, Warminster:

Warminster Garrison and Warminster Lions display.The gates will open at 6pm with the bonfire lit at 6.45pm. The event, sponsored by West Wiltshire Golf Club, The John Barleycorn pub, in Weymouth Street, and Heytesbury MOT and Service Centre Ltd, costs £2.50 in advance or £3 on the gates. Tickets are available from the town library, the tourist information centre and Martin's newsagents in Westbury and Frome.

Biddestone Village Hall Sports Ground:

The event starts at 6.30pm with a bar, barbecue and refreshments. Tickets cost £5 for adults, £2.50 for under 16s and £12 for a family tickets, for two adults and up to three children. Call 01249 712687 or 01249 714724 for advance tickets. Proceeds will go to Biddestone Village Hall and Recreation Trust.

North Bradley Baptist Church, Westbury Road:

Bonfire only. The church is holding a soup and barbecue family party from 6.30pm.

Westbury Junior School:

The school has rides, a bonfire, guys and refreshments with all proceeds going to school funds from 6.30pm. Tickets from Clean Machine in High Street, Onestop in Queens square, Matravers School in Springfield Road or the school office.

Saturday, November 7

The Common, Broughton Gifford, near Melksham:

Bonfire lit at 6pm and fireworks start at 7pm. Attractions include burger and hot dog stall, a pig roast, merry go-round. Entry is by donation.

Beehive Field, Bradford on Avon:

Organised by parents of pupils at Fitzmaurice, Christ Church and St Laurence Schools. Gates open at 5.30pm, live music starts at 6pm and fireworks start at 7pm. Tickets cost £5 for adults and £2.50 for children from Mace Stores in Winsley Road, Scallywags Shop in Trowbridge Road and the three schools. Gate prices are £6 adults and £3 children.

Neston Recreation Ground:

Organised by the Friends of Neston School. Gates open at 5pm with a barbecue, bar and stalls. The bonfire will be lit at 6pm. Tickets cost £3.50 for adults in advance and £1.50 for children in advance and prices will be 50p more if bought on the gate. Tickets from Hawthorn Stores in Westwells, Prospect News Stores, Oakleys Newsagent and Green Ginger in Corsham.
