Community groups in Trowbridge were presented with cheques at the launch of the Community Cashback project on Tuesday at Beechfield House, Beanacre.
The project involved the Wiltshire Criminal Justice Board allocating more than £44,000, seized from criminals under the Proceeds of Crime Act to groups in Wiltshire, including The Amber Foundation, Trowbridge Town Council’s Active Youth group and Longfield Community Centre’s Friday drop-in.
