Emergency crews are at the scene of a three-vehicle crash on the B3109 at Wingfield, near Trowbridge.

The road has been left completely blocked by the accident, which is near The Poplars pub, and the stretch between Wingfield crossroads and Poplar Tree Lane is closed.

Great Western Ambulance Service were alerted at 5.42pm and sent an ambulance and a rapid response vehicle to the scene.

A spokesman said there are two people injured, but they were walking wounded and are not thought to have suffered serious injuries.
