Chances to get grants for Corsham groups

Corsham Town Council is inviting groups to apply for grants of up to £500.

Non profit making groups and charities have until Monday April 5 to apply for the first round of applications for this financial year.

After that, councillors will consider applications every two months.

Projects should either provide a service, enhance the quality of life, improve the environment or promote Corsham.

Town council chairman Allan Bosley said: “Being able to support local groups in this way, and seeing what a difference a grant can make, is one of the best parts of being a councillor.”

Application forms are available from the town hall or via the website at www.corsham.gov.uk.
