THE 41 year old Chippenham man arrested on suspicion of the murder of missing Donovan Van Lill appeared before the North Wilts Magistrates Court during the early hours of this morning.
Mr Van Lill, 29, of Blackthorn Mews, Pewsham, disappeared from his home without a trace on March 3. Following an application by the Crown Prosecution Service, the man has been remanded into police custody, until 4pm on Monday.
A Wiltshire Police spokesman said: "Further interviews will be conducted throughout today, and searches of premises in the Chippenham area are continuing."
