Police have confirmed that the man arrested on Friday on suspicion of the murder of Donavan Van Lill has been charged.
Martin Sugden, 41, from Stanton near Chippenham, has been charged with the murder of 29 year old Mr Van Lill, who has been missing since March 3.
A spokesman for Wiltshire Police said: "He will remain in police custody overnight, and will appear before the North Wilts Magistrates Court on Monday 22nd March 2010."
