The surgery at Malmesbury Primary Care Centre is seeking patients’ views to improve their service.
With the practice list growing to more than 14,700 patients, Malmesbury Primary Care Centre would like feedback from users and is developing an email forum called a Virtual Patient Reference Group.
It wants to put together a large and representative group of all ages and backgrounds.

The formation of the group coincides with the surgery’s launch of its online appointment booking facility.
