A NEW forum is recruiting groups that work with Wilt-shire children and families.
The Wiltshire Children and Families Voluntary Sector Forum met for the first time last month, at the Scout Hall, Potterne Wick.
The meeting brought together representatives from voluntary organisations working with children and families in the county, to share information and hear from other organisations.
It discussed its input into the family strategic partnership, which feeds directly to the Government.
Members also heard a presentation given by Wiltshire Council, on its workforce development strategy.
There was a presentation from Learning Curve on the Step Up project, which provides free support, information and advice to charities and community groups.
Anyone who is interested in getting their organisation involved in the Wiltshire Children and Families Voluntary Sector Forum can visit www.cfvsf.org or call Carolyn Beale for information on 07775 334557.
