Woman, 25, seriously hurt in A350 accident (From This Is Wiltshire)

In a 30 mile an hour speed limited road this is very unfortunate, hope the young lady recovers.

hope the woman recovers quickly. the speed of traffic on that hill is terrible at the best of times. you should try crossing over or walking from the bus stop down towards where it is safer to cros near the roundabout..
traffic rarely goes up or down that road at 30 miles an hour.. think 50 and youre probably nearer the mark. i use the crossroads at the top on a regular basis and its nothing to see lorries and workvans racing uphill mostly all using mobiles, calling or txting and pouring out hot drinks from flasks..and looking at maps or satnavs.. that is a very fast road despite the 30 mile limit. its about time the police did speed checks there on a regular basis .

Haven't stopped praying since this tragic accident happened, my sister was the extremely unlucky rider, it was my car she hit. People have petitioned against the by pass being built and there is no parking what so ever in the surrounding area so the residents have no choice but to park outside their houses. It's absolutely disgusting that people would rather protect a few fields than save lives which is what would happen if a carpark or the bypass was built! I constantly get abuse and beeped at for getting my children into my car outside, several people have actually purposely tried to run me over whilst i have a newborn baby in my arms, they speed up the road at around 50 to 60 mph some idiots even do way more than that. Sad that people only care about themselves and if I didn't have to park my car outside it may not have happened. It's not the first accident to happen there and I'm certain it won't be the last, traffic lights by both bus stops would be a good start before anyone else gets hurt or killed
