Model aircraft with connections to RAF Lyneham put on display

Models of aircraft that have been associated with RAF Lyneham are on display as part of an exhibition in Royal Wootton Bassett.

Two Hercules, a C17 Globemaster and a Vulcan are included in the exhibition at the Town Hall museum. They were created by Mark Loveridge, who runs Mark’s Models in Apsley House, and will be on display until October. Silent bids can be placed for the models in a box at the museum. The museum is open every Wednesday and Saturday from 10am until noon.

Look in the airfields set.

I'm currently working in Bristol, but when I get home, I'll upload some fantastic C130 model pics.
