Members of Bradford on Avon and District French Twinning Assoc-iation were entertained in the Lambert Centre by the Jane Austen dancers, led by Juliet Greaves (second from right) with pianist Sue Law (left). The dances chosen reflected the French influence on English social dances during the 18th and early 19th centuries. Audience members were able to join in some of the period dances, such as The Bastille, The Quadrille, Le Pistolet and La Boulangere.
