JOHN Fisher had mixed feelings after watching his Highworth troops take a point away from Wokingham & Emmbrook in the Hellenic Premier.
The Elms outfit were off the back of two heavy defeats and managed a 0-0 draw on the road this time out, although boss Fisher felt they might have had more.
"We should have won. We should have had a penalty and we had three good chances in the second half," he said.
"They had a bit more of the ball than us but they didn't create anything, whereas we created chance after chance.
"We would have taken a point before we started, we would have been happy with that.
"The players dug in and showed a lot of character and that's what you want from our side.
"We battled back after Tuesday but I'm disappointed not to have won it."
Elsewhere in the division, Shrivenham were on the end of a 4-1 defeat against Marlow.
In Division One West, Ben Carter hit a hat-trick as Cricklade dealt out an almighty thumping to New College.
Jack Allan, Anthony Hogg and Ryan Thomas also registered in the 6-0 win.
A solitary second-half strike from Steve Hall gave Fairford a 1-0 victory against Tytherington, as Forest Green loan keeper Rob Brown kept a clean sheet.
Malmesbury were defeated 2-0 at Hook Norton and Lambourn were hammered 4-0 at home by Brimscombe &Thrupp.
