Westbury man faces trial over stolen diesel

A man is to face trial accused of having diesel which was allegedly stolen from a courier firm.
Craig Chadwick pleaded not guilty to a charge of handling stolen goods when he appeared before a judge at Swindon Crown Court.
The 43-year-old, of Bridge Court, Westbury, is said to have had the fuel belonging to Tuffnells Parcel Express between the start of February and Wednesday, March 28.
The case was adjourned to Tuesday, November 20, and Chadwick was releasedon unconditional bail until then.
