The Warminster Military Wives Choir are headlining a fundraising concert in aid of 3 Yorks Benevolent Fund, only a fortnight after the Warminster-based regiment went into mourning when two of its number were killed while serving in Afghanistan.
The emphasis of the concert in the Minster Church, on Bath Road, on Saturday at 7.30pm is to continue to show support for the serving troops while raising money for the Fund which helps the servicemen and their families.
Tickets are available from Warminster Civic Centre, the Weymouth Arms, Organ Inn and The Anchor pubs in the town centre, and the 3 Yorks Welfare Office. For more information and updates on the event, visit http://www.facebook.com/MinsterWarminster.
