CIRENCESTER Town maintained their unbeaten run away from home in the courtesy of Sam Collier’s last minute penalty at Wimborne.
The visitors dominated the early action in the Southern League Division One South & West clash and Chris Taylor was denied an opener when Wimborne keeper Dan Ackerman parried his shot.
Wimborne then took the lead when Micky Hubbard’s free-kick picked out Tom Jeffes to head home.
On 38 minutes Joe Shepherd levelled for Ciren when he nodded home Ellis Dunton’s cross.
Both sides missed chances after the equaliser but it was Wimborne who edged in front once again when Jamie Davidson scored.
Ciren looked destined to surrender their unbeaten record until Nathan Peprah-Annan handled inside his own area.
Collier had the responsibility of taking the spot kick and made no mistake to nick Ciren a share of the points.
