A MAN who is accused of sexually abusing two girls and a boy has been released on bail by a judge.

Dean Faulkner is said to have raped the girls when they were under 16 and carried out other indecent assaults on them.

The 45-year-old, who is said to have carried out much of the abuse in Royal Wootton Bassett, is also accused of molesting a young boy before he turned 16.

All of the alleged offences are said to have taken place over a 12-year period between 1997 and 2009.

No charges were formally put to Faulkner, now of Colwyn Bay, north Wales, and he did not enter any pleas during the brief hearing at Swindon Crown Court.

Judge Euan Ambrose released him on conditional bail to Friday, December 14 when he is due to enter a plea.
