Shoppers at the Dorothy House Hospice Care furniture charity shop in Chippenham have been meeting staff who work at the hospice in Winsley.
As part of Hospice Care Week, events have been taking place in their shops across Wiltshire.
On Monday, physiotherapy staff were at the furniture shop, in Station Hill, talking to customers about the services at the hospice and answering questions.
Yesterday, members of the fundraising team were visiting and today, Sarah Whitfield, Dorothy House’s chief executive, will be at the shop between 3pm and 5pm.
Carolyn Ambrose, deputy manager of the shop, said: “Customers have been interested to find out more about the hospice and have been taking away leaflets to read later.
“We get very good support from the people of Chippen-ham, both with donations and customers buying goods.”
