Devizes twinning project seeks photos

Photos of twinning visits to Mayenne, Devizes’ twin town in France, are being sought.
Next year, Devizes and District Twinning Association will celebrate the 50th anniversary of its link with Mayenne and wants to present a book of photos and memories of the past five decades when members visit in June next year.
Noel Woolrych, secretary and treasurer of the association, said: “If you are a past member of the association and have photos of past events, the association would like to borrow them to copy.
“We will be starting off the collection at the annual general meeting on Wednesday, October 17, in the town hall at 7.30pm.”
