Police appeal after man is assaulted in Luggershall

Wiltshire Police are appealing for information following an assault in Luggershall.
The incident took place on Sunday October 14 shortly before 8pm on the pathway linking Andover Road and Empress Way in Luggershall.
The victim, a lone man, spotted several youths on top of the Co-Op supermarket roof.
The man shouted at the youths to get off of the roof as he was concerned they might injure themselves.
He then tried to restrain one of the youths from going back onto the roof.
As he did this, the three other youths pulled him to ground and kicked and punched him to the head before running off.
As a result of the attack, the victim received two swollen eyes, cuts and bruising.
This required hospital treatment.
As a result of this incident, two 15-year-old boys and one 16-year-old boy have been arrested on suspicion of actual bodily harm.
All three have been released on police bail pending further inquiries.
