WILTSHIRE League Division One title challengers Box have lost the services of influential overseas player Ganguly.
The Indian ace, who was missing his family, returned home to accept a job opportunity he could not afford to miss.
They are likely to replace him with former Wiltshire captain Steve Perrin, who also kept goal for Chippenham Town last season. He has confirmed he will return to play for Box, where he played as a youngster, after a 15 year gap.
Sitting third in the division behind leaders Potterne and Spye Park, the outfit are currently on tour on the Isle of Wight.
Dave Crawford said: "The weather isn't great here either. We will just have to be confined to the pub instead."
Box, who have lost four out of eight fixtures to the weather this season, are at home to Sutton Veny on Saturday.
