A MELKSHAM clinic is the first in the UK to introduce a revolutionary new diet for patients.
Snowberry Lane Clinic has taken the Easy Diet on board, the French diet that has helped thousands of patients in both France and the US.
Adapted from the diet recommended by Dr George Blackburn, of Harvard University, Easy Diet is a four-phase, doctor supervised method of weight loss.

The weight loss strategy, designed to reform the patient's eating habits, consists of high protein, low
calorie meal sachets and supplements, reintroducing certain vegetables and other food stuffs at each stage.
Dr Rupert Gabriel, practising GP and the clinic's medical director, said: "Patients can expect a weight loss of between two and three kg in the first week, with a steady fall over the following weeks."
All patients attend an initial consultation, which is comprised of both psychological and clinical tests, including blood tests, to identify the health and suitability of the patient.
Regular check ups are then carried out throughout the duration of the diet to monitor the patient's well-being and progress.

Stop being so nasty, are you so perfect?
Have you never had an addiction, or depression or a bad time with your life in general? if you havent, then you are very lucky indeed.
Perhaps some human kindness wouldnt go amiss?

We all know the best solution to loosing weight and getting fit is to exercise. Once your metabolic rate has speeded up due to walking or jogging you will start to burn calories even when your sitting at your desk or watching telly. Don't say you haven't the time. You only have to spare 20mins.a day.

It is about time people took some responsibility for their well being....I am supposed to keep my weight down to help avoid high blood pressure, this is done by eating sensibly and exercise.....when my weight goes up, it is MY responsibility to stop eating chips and chocolate and get off my bum ....stop wasting doctor appointments and start taking YOUR life into YOUR hands!
