THE only league fixture of the day was in Division Two where promotion hopefuls Lacock played host to a Bratton side who find themselves just outside of the relegation zone.
It was little surprise that the result went to form with the home team's claiming a 6-2 win that sees them move into second place in the standings.
Stuart Tutty scored before and after Dave Jones own goal to give Lacock a 3-0 half-time lead. Simon Gray added a fourth for Lacock before Neil Gordon scored from the penalty spot to reduce the arrears for Bratton.
Sam Sibbick on his return to Lacock after a brief spell with Corsham Town Reserves made it 5-1. Stuart Tutty completed his hat-trick and the scoring for Lacock with a spectacular overhead effort.
Mark Durbin pulled a second goal back for Bratton who late in the game while, Lacock seemed content to see the game out had chances to score again but they were wasteful as the hosts were more than happy at the final whistle as they had picked up another three points in their promotion bid.
