SWINDON’S David Howell finished his WGC-HSBC Champions campaign four-over-par after ending an up-and-down final round level this morning.
The Broome Manor pro picked up four birdies at Sheshan International at Shanghai but a triple-bogey eight at the eighth and a further dropped shot at 17 meant he was unable to move up the leaderboard.
Howell finished 70th at the end of four tough days, while the event was won by American Dustin Johnson who ended 24-under to pick up over €1million in prize money.
