SAM Collier's second half header shattered Wootton Bassett's seven-match winless run in the Hellenic League Premier Division as they claimed all three points against Binfield last night.
Striker Collier headed home the only goal of the game in the 50th minute to hand Jeff Roberts' Bassett their first league triumph since a 3-1 win over Abingdon Town on October 9.
Roberts' men, who are currently 15th in the table, travel to local rivals Highworth Town this weekend.
