SHORT-HANDED Minety seconds were soundly beaten by Trowbridge’s third team despite the hosts’ sporting loan of three players.
Minety arrived with only 12 men, but Trowbridge generously lent them three front row players.
Injuries gradually reduced the visitors’ numbers in the second half, with scrums uncontested but Minety ended back with only 12 players on the field.
In total, Trowbridge ran in seven tries.
There was a brace for Ryan Jones and touchdowns for Ben Deadman, Tom Davies, George Leat, Josh Hayden and Sam Butcher. Paul Taylor kicked three conversions.
