CALNE Town brought their miserable run of the form in the Toolstation League First Division screeching to a halt with their biggest victory of the season so far last weekend.
Simon Gardner's Lilywhites had gone nine games without a win but they rallied by hitting the goal trail against bottom-of-the-table Portishead Town.
Glenn Armstrong and Mark Dolman both found the net twice whilst Stuart Windsor and Jamie Jordan were also on target as Calne ran out 6-0 winners at Bremhill View.
Meanwhile, Corsham Town picked up a point as they held promotion-chasers Welton Rovers to a 1-1 draw at the Southbank.
Nick Holton put Trevor Rawlings' hosts ahead in the first period before Welton's Anthony Conradi levelled.
A second goal in as many games from defender Luke Murden helped Chippenham Park make it four wins on the spin.
Murden's free-kick saw Dave Ferris' men beat Wellington 1-0 at Hardenhuish Park.
