HULLAVINGTON teenager Fraser Rogers claimed an FIM Supersport World Championship point on his full season debut for the Com Plus Racing team in Phillip Island, Australia, at the weekend.
The 17 year old, who was signed up by the Czech team after a successful wild card ride in Jerez at the last round of the 2013 season, finished 15th at the event, which was finally run as a five lap sprint race, after the first attempt at running the scheduled 18-laps ended when one of the competitors leaked oil on the racing line.
Jules Cluzel (MV Agusta) won the race.
