RUGBY: Chippenham 5 Brixham 28

CHIPPENHAM head coach Danny Thomas was frustrated to see his side fail to make the most of their chances as fourth-placed Brixham clinched a bonus-point triumph at Allington Field.
The home side trailed 18-5 at the interval and, with the wind behind them in the second half, were unable to close that gap as the Fishermen pulled clear to take the five points.
Thomas said: "We had some good attacking intent and created a good few chances but we couldn't take them and the game started to get away from us.
"It's frustrating, but it's important we learn from those mistakes.''
After an opening-quarter stalemate, Brixham opened the scoring when number eight Sam Simmonds broke off the base of a scrum to go over, Ben Lovell converting.
Lovell kicked a penalty but Chippenham hit back when Bobby Lyons finished a move of several phases to touch down.
Wing Jonny Brown scored Brixham's second try and Lovell added a penalty before half time, as Chippenham attacks came to nothing.
With wing Tom Goodman in the sin-bin, Chippenham had the upper hand at the start of the second half but were unable to add to their tally.
Goodman returned and scored Brixham's third try and Andy Sandercock grabbed the bonus-point score late on.
