SWINDON Robins' boss Alun Rossiter is set for a temporary switch of clubs after agreeing to lead Peterborough Panters in their Premier League Cup trip to Somerset on Friday (April 11).
With regular Panthers management duo Trevor Swales and Blayne Scroggins both unavailable for the trip, Rossiter takes control in a meeting which will see him go up against Swindon rider Nick Morris.
"It doesn’t get much better than being able to call on the GB boss,” said Panthers co-promoter Swales. “Alun has kindly agreed to step in and we’re very thankful to him.
“It is not often that a team manager picks up a guest booking, but ‘Rosco’ is looking forward to taking charge of Panthers and I'm sure the riders will be keen to perform for him.
“We’ve also got a very capable guest at number one in Aaron and the aim is to get a result at Somerset after dropping a point against them at our place last week.”
